Risk management is an important issue in many fields, however, in medical society, it began to get attention since the patient safety issue was rising. This course is designed to introduce and discuss various risk management concept, tools and techniques in healthcare context in the provider's point of view. This course will emphasis on the design and implementation of risk management practice. In addition, this course will also introduce the crisis management and communication skill in crisis management.
